Posted by: Rattle at October 15, 2006 09:28 PMguys i have a proposal
so there's this cool game called wesnoth (www.wesnoth.org) and it's a strategy game
it's free and it works on macs and wintels
multiplayer games can be saved and continued later and my proposition is as follows
at something late, like midnight, we play wesnoth for like an hour, we save the game, and we continue it the next week
i think it would be a good way 4 us to chill on the www
it's a fun game and i know someone's going to say "i don't like strategy games" but screw you there are chat channels and you can make alliances and your characters level up so you get the thrill of numbers increasing too
there's a quick tutorial in the download of the game that takes like 10 minutes and if you watch that we would be ready to party
we would start it a week from tomorrow and I THINK IT"D BE COOL
Posted by: Michael A. Harms at October 17, 2006 01:21 PMMike, have I ever told you how awesome you really are? Cuz I don't think I have.

Posted by: Hannah at October 30, 2006 07:34 AMWell, I think thanksgiving happens about the same time for everyone, so my break no coubt coincides with yours. But, football game on the 18th, probably gonna have a little bit of marching band practice, so my exact time back in Rochester is as yet unknown. My families plans are also a mystery.

Posted by: Michael Harms at October 31, 2006 05:41 PMGuys jake has a really good idea he's going to post here in a sec
so stay tuned it has my support so pay close attention
Posted by: Michael Harms at November 1, 2006 10:23 AMI have an idea for thanksgiving- the day after real thanksgiving we can have a second, BETTER thanksgiving at Mikes house. We can make some bitchin' food using whatever leftovers we have and then grill up some deliciosities as well- it can be an all day. I mean, what can we be more thankful for than our awesome friends who are always there to support us?
The Thursday thanksgiving is lame anyways, we sit around with some family members we see maybe twice a year and force conversation. I mean I'm all about family and that groovy BS but it just makes sense if we have our own Thanksgiving just for us pals.
This November 24th, Thanksgiving: The Sequel
ps.
