I'm not sure if you've been to any BTD show, but in case you haven't I'll clarify that we're no strangers to the Police. We've been in our current location for 2 years now and have been having shows since we opened and ever since that fatefull day, the Police have been to our humble establishment many times for various reasons. However, at our last show (June 5th), we got another visit from our friendly Police Force in which we were told that we dont have the ordinance to have music past 10:00 without a permit. Seeing as our luck would have it we don't (and never had) have this permit. As of right now, by direction from our wonderful protection services known as the Rochester Police Force, we will be forced to cancle all of our shows. I'm really sorry this came at such short notice, but we were just officially notified today. Please e-mail me to reschedule in the future, but it doesn't look like we'll be having much music any time soon. Again I apologize, and just remember next time you see a cop thank him for keeping downtown safe from all the social deviants creating their music. Keep rockin,

That was the e-mail i recieved today. I don't know who to be angry at, the jackasses at the shop who didn't get a permit, or the police. Either way, it isn't happening, and again, I just got word of this today. This is good business practice. SOMEONE GIVE US A SHOW!
