Century NHS Battle of the Bands 2004

Last night from 6-11 pm was the Battle of the Bands in which Fountainhead did play. You can see what our set was here.

I think I can speak for all of us when I say that we did a lot better in all respects than we ever imagined. We actually got the fourth number of votes, I've heard, which is far beyond any of my expectations.

The actual winners of the Battle of the Bands were as follows:

3rd Place - Casual Pass
2nd Place - Evolved (well deserved position)
1st Place - Plazmatic (also a very well deserved position)

The exciting thing about all this is that people actually seemed to like us, and let me tell you, my favorite part of the whole thing (even though I've said this ad nauseum already ... sorry guys) was at the beginning of No Surprises when, after about four notes some guy recognized the song and screamed "Yeah!" ... it was an ecstatic moment for me.
